Yes. Dr. Ülger speaks English and explains everything himself: the examination, the Measure Session and your written plan. There is no interpreter in between, so nothing is lost in translation.

You do not need to speak Turkish. If you speak Turkish and prefer it, we can of course talk in Turkish.

Yes. Your medical information is protected by medical confidentiality and by Turkish data-protection law (KVKK). We do not photograph patients for promotion and we never share who our patients are.

If discretion matters to you, for example because of your work, tell us and we will suggest a quieter appointment time.

Invoices and receipts include an English description of the service, so that you can submit them to your insurer.

Whether a treatment is reimbursed depends on your policy. Aesthetic treatments are often not covered, so please check with your insurer before your visit.

It depends on the treatment and on you. As a general guide, botulinum toxin gradually wears off over about 4–6 months, and hyaluronic acid fillers last about 6–18 months depending on the area.

In the Measure Session you are told what is realistic for your own plan, including what will not change.

People in the international community often move every few years. Your Measure Card is written in English and in Turkish, so you can show it to a doctor wherever you live next.

You are welcome back whenever you are in Ankara, and we can answer follow-up questions in writing.

No. The session is a consultation: examination, facial analysis and a written plan. You take the plan home and decide in your own time.

Sometimes the most important line of the plan is the one that says what should not be done.

Many newcomers notice it. Ankara has a dry continental climate with cold winters, and indoor heating dries the air further. Skin can feel tighter, more sensitive or duller than at home.

Skin-quality care is often a good place to start. The doctor first examines your skin and then suggests what, if anything, is needed.

Medical aesthetic and integrative medicine treatments are performed by Dr. Hüseyin Ülger himself. Care services such as facials are carried out by our trained team; if a medical skin problem is suspected, a doctor's examination comes first.

Botulinum toxin, fillers and similar medical aesthetic treatments are postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Some care treatments may still be possible; please tell us when you book and we will clarify together what is suitable.
